Grainne Macey studied Fine Art Painting at Limerick College of Art and Design and qualified in 1992. She later qualified as an Art Teacher and is currently Head of Art at St Andrew’s School in Woking.

Grainne has a keen interest in painting architectural and interior scenes, using very thick acrylic paint as her preferred medium. She is however, very flexible and open to a variety of subject matter and welcomes commissions. Grainne’s paintings are raw and atmospheric, with a strong use of colour. All paintings shown are also available as limited edition prints.
