About The Artist
Chris has been painting since his school days and after a career in design and marketing, now paints full time from his studio in South Devon.
Most of his paintings are of the countryside and coastline of southern England where he tries to capture the beauty and sometimes the savagery of the changing seasons.

He works mainly in oils and tends to use the palette knife in preference to the brush, as he likes the depth and richness of colour this offers.
His work is in private collections in both the US and Europe.
