About The Artist

I did a 5 year part-time BA Hons degree at UCA Farnham between 2000 and 2005.

I regularly practise Etching at the City And Guilds of London Art School, under the tuition of Jason Hicklin and regularly attend courses in Stone Lithography with Simon Burder. I also paint, mainly in oils but sometimes watercolour.

I am an exhibiting member of Guildford Art Society and Farnham Art Society and also a full member of the Society of Graphic Fine Artists (SGFA).

I am happy to take on commissions, particularly a view from a high rise apartment / office overlooking London or the River Thames.

Windsor Berkshire Rail Bridge

Looking upstream from the Windsor bank this railway bridge carries what was once the Great Western Railway(God’s Wonderful Railway still to some people). It was built to a design called ‘bow & string’ by Isambard Kingdom Brunel about 1840 and still carries traffic to Paddington connecting to the main line from Paddington to Bristol and is the oldest wrought iron bridge still in use.
